Tree guard Pipe                                            Back

-           The tree guard is compatible with TORKKI tree grates.

-           The product is made of steel pipe  Fe 37 (ø 40–50 mm) and heat galvanized according to the standard SFS-2765 (coating Fe / Zn, class A, thickness of coating 60µm, thickness of pipe’s wall 4,2 mm).

-           In powder painting the galvanized surface is lightly sandblasted before phosphatizing and painting. This ensures that the paint will stick to the tree guard firmly.

-           The pipe tree guard can also be attached with a flexible string, which will give in if something hits the tree guard. After an impact the string will pull the tree guard back to an upright position. The stiffness of the string can be adjusted so that the wind will not sway the tree guard. The string attachment is easy to install or detach.

-     The pipe tree guard can also be made of cast iron, which will make it extremely durable. In this case the tree guard will be assembled around the tree from two pieces. The upper circle is round and the diameter is 400mm.
